Park Community Academy

A great environment for young minds to learn and flourish.

Park Community Academy in Blackpool is a vibrant, happy and successful school. Its dedicated staff provide children of all backgrounds with high-quality education in a safe and secure environment that reflects care, happiness, enjoyment and success.

Pupils who attend Park Community Academy – The Oracle have a wide array of special learning needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, complex learning difficulties associated with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and speech and language difficulties, sensory impairment, some complex medical needs, and varying degrees of social, emotional and behavioural needs associated with Special Educational Needs and Disability. Park Community Academy ensures all children and young people have an Education, Health and Care Plan.

The DJ Sidebottom / Glasdon Charitable Programme has committed to providing a donation that will allow Park Community Academy – The Oracle to support the refurbishment of its kitchen. Once refurbished, the Oracle’s SEN children will be able to run a café from there, offering an opportunity for them to enhance their vocational skills and foster independence and self-confidence.
